Maria Phillips, our Director and Lead Aesthetics Practitioner, is a highly skilled Registered General Nurse with nearly two decades of experience in both surgical and aesthetic medicine. With her expertise in cosmetic medicine, Maria is recognised as one of the UK’s leading aesthetic practitioners.

Before founding Bank Aesthetics, Maria served as the lead nurse at a prestigious Harley Street clinic, where she earned multiple awards for her exceptional work in skin rejuvenation and patient care. She is registered with the General Medical Council.
Mentored by world-renowned industry experts, including esteemed Brazilian plastic surgeon Dr. Mauricio De Maio, Maria has refined her knowledge and skill to an extraordinary level.
Maria’s commitment to patient safety and excellence is reflected in her ongoing collaboration with Allergan Medical Institute, where she completed a five-year Masterclass program on advanced injectable treatments. She frequently assists with live demonstration sessions at international conferences and has even been invited to Allergan’s facilities in Westport, Ireland, to deepen her understanding of pharmaceutical production.
Dedicated to the advancement of the aesthetics field, Maria plays an active role in the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses, mentoring and supporting junior nurses and has served as a Regional Lead.
